Terms of use

The short version: this site is informational, client work runs on written proposals, and we do not play games with either.

Who we are

Beach Intelligence is a trade name of BACON LLC, a Nevada limited liability company based in Reno, Nevada, reachable at hello@beachintelligence.co. These terms cover your use of this website.

Using this site

The content here describes what we do and how we work. It is provided in good faith and kept current, but it is general information, not advice for your specific situation, and it does not create a client relationship. Talk to us before acting on it.

Client work, payment and refunds

Actual engagements are governed by the written proposal, quote or invoice for that work, which states the scope, the price, and the payment terms. Those documents control over anything on this site. If something we billed is wrong, tell us and we will put it right; questions about a specific invoice go to hello@beachintelligence.co.

Your accounts stay yours

As stated in our FAQ: client work is done in accounts the client owns wherever practical, and access, code and credentials belong to the client. Nothing on this site changes that.

Content and trademarks

The writing, design and imagery on this site belong to Beach Intelligence unless noted. Client names and logos appear with permission and belong to their owners. Do not republish site content as your own; quoting with attribution is fine.

The client portal

The billing portal is for our clients, under the credentials we issue. Do not probe it, share access, or automate against it. It stores a session token in your browser so you stay signed in, and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out.

No warranties on the site itself

We work to keep this site accurate, secure and available (there is a public status page), but the site is provided as is, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its general content. This does not limit anything a signed engagement says, and it does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under law.

Beach Intelligence text messaging

Service status: Texting at (775) 993-0103 is being set up and is not yet available. For now, contact hello@beachintelligence.co. The terms and consent process below describe our customer-care texting service when it launches.

Beach Intelligence, a trade name of BACON LLC, offers one-to-one texts about business automation and AI consulting inquiries, requested consultations, and callback arrangements. Messages may be automated. Message frequency varies with your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any service. We do not send unsolicited promotional broadcasts through this program.

How to consent

By text: When the service is available, text START to (775) 993-0103 to request customer-care messages from Beach Intelligence. START, YES, and UNSTOP are supported opt-in keywords. You will receive an enrollment confirmation with help and opt-out instructions. You may also initiate a text conversation with a question; our replies will be limited to that inquiry. Your inquiry does not enroll you in marketing messages.

During a call: A Beach Intelligence team member will read the disclosure below and ask for an explicit yes or no before sending texts. Our automated phone greeting and call forwarding do not collect SMS consent. Simply providing your phone number, calling us, or submitting the website contact form does not give permission to text you.

May Beach Intelligence text you at this number about your inquiry and consultation or callback arrangements? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Our privacy policy and terms are at beachintelligence.co/privacy and beachintelligence.co/terms.

If you agree, the team member will record your number, the date and time, the affirmative response, consent method, and disclosure version in our customer records before sending an enrollment confirmation. If you decline, we can continue by phone or email.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Text START to opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance or email hello@beachintelligence.co. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This service is not for emergencies.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada. If we change them, the date below changes with them; continued use of the site means the current version applies.
