Business automation for Reno businesses that still chase the work by hand.

We're based in Reno. Jakob leads the automation work, Thomas builds the connections between your systems, and Austin keeps the project moving. You talk to the people who do the build.

Who calls us

The business that runs on memory.

A lead comes in at 7 p.m. and nobody sees it until the morning, by which point the customer has called somebody else. The same question gets answered by hand forty times a week. A quote takes three days because it waits on the one person who knows the numbers. Every job is tracked in a spreadsheet that is correct on the day somebody remembers to update it.

That is the business that calls us. Usually it has a capable team and software it already pays for, and nobody with the time to connect the two.

What you get

Six things we build, one workflow at a time.

Intake that lands in your tools

A form or a shared inbox that puts each request straight into the CRM or the spreadsheet your team already uses, with the fields filled in and the request assigned. Staff can act on the request without copying it from a mailbox first.

Reminders and follow-ups that run on their own

The appointment reminder and the "we have not heard back" nudge go out on a schedule you set, by email or by text, whether or not somebody remembers.

Quotes and approvals with a sign-off step

A request gathers its numbers and builds the draft, then stops at a named person for approval. That person reviews it and sends it.

Reporting and exception alerts

A report that builds itself each week from the systems you already run, and an alert when a number falls outside the normal pattern, such as a lead untouched for a day or an invoice past due.

Connections to your CRM, accounting and payments

We connect the software you already pay for: your CRM, your accounting package, your payment processor and your calendar. Data entered once shows up everywhere it is needed.

Exceptions routed to a person

Every workflow we build has a path for the case that does not fit. The failed payment or the customer who replies with a question lands with a named person, so nothing important is automated blindly.

How it works here

One workflow first. Then the next.

We start with one workflow and the people who use it. On the first call we follow a single request through your business, from the moment it arrives until somebody closes it, and write down where it stops. Call (775) 993-0103 or email hello@beachintelligence.co to set that up.

You then get a written proposal covering the work included, the price, the schedule and the support after launch. The price is fixed at the quote, and if the job grows we quote the change before we do it. Work begins after you approve the written scope and price. How the pricing works and how a project runs are both published.

We build the workflow inside the tools you already own where we can, and connect them where we cannot. Your team tests it with real requests before launch. Where it helps, AI drafts the first version of a reply or a summary, and a person approves it before anything goes out.

At handover your team gets written instructions and training, and we resolve the launch issues. The accounts, the domains, the data and the source code stay in your business's name. Keeping it running afterwards is a separately quoted support agreement with responsibilities and costs agreed in writing.

A real example

What it looks like finished.

Rose Law Nevada came to us for a website and ended up with a rebuilt site, a private CMS, pages for its Nevada locations, and a connected intake process. Inquiries from the site land in a lead pipeline the firm manages itself, without editing code, and the firm updates its own case results and testimonials the same way.

The booking system we built for our co-founder's photography studio authorizes a card deposit up front and captures it when the booking is accepted. It sends its own reminders by text and email, and when a balance is paid the client's gallery is delivered automatically.

Before you call

Questions people ask us.

What should we automate first?

The step that eats the most attention every week and has the fewest exceptions. For most businesses that is intake or follow-up: the request that arrives by email and gets copied somewhere by hand, or the reminder that only goes out when somebody remembers.

Will this replace our staff?

It removes the repeat work. The copying and the chasing run on their own, and the decisions stay with people. The person who used to re-key requests now handles the exceptions and the customers, and anything with a price or a promise in it still waits for approval.

What if our tools do not talk to each other?

Most business software has a way in, usually an integration or an export. We connect to your CRM, accounting and payment software as they are. If a tool has no way in at all, we say so before the quote and tell you what replacing that one step would cost.

How much does it cost?

A fixed price in writing after we have looked at the workflow, because a two-step intake form and a quoting system with approvals are different jobs. Most automation work is bought as a project, with the scope and price agreed before anything is built. If you want us to keep it running, we quote ongoing support separately based on the workflow and support needs.

What happens when something breaks?

Every workflow we build routes its failures to a person, so a payment that does not go through or a form that cannot be delivered lands in a named inbox instead of disappearing. Launch issues are fixed as part of the project. After that, support is a separate agreement, and your accounts, domains, data and source code stay yours either way.
