What we collect through this site and our communications, why, and how it is used.

What we collect

The information below supports inquiries, basic site analytics, and client billing.

The contact form

When you submit the form on our contact page we receive the name, email address, project description, timeline and budget range you type into it. That information is stored as an inquiry record and emailed to us so we can reply and discuss the work. A random submission identifier lets us recognize retries. It is not sold or used for advertising. Our service providers process it as described below.

The form also records the time the page loaded and includes one hidden field that real people never fill in. Both exist to detect automated spam and nothing else.

To stop the form being abused, your IP address is stored in a submission counter with an expiry time two hours after the latest submission in that hourly bucket. Expired records are removed asynchronously by AWS, typically within a few days. It is never attached to your message.

Text messaging privacy

Beach Intelligence (BACON LLC) uses customer-care texts to respond to inquiries about business automation and AI consulting and coordinate requested consultations or callbacks. When you use this service, we process your mobile number, message content, delivery information, and consent or opt-out records. Message frequency varies with your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share only the information needed with providers that operate and deliver our communications, such as Twilio and Amazon Web Services, subject to confidentiality and service obligations. SMS consent is not transferred to other businesses.

We keep message and consent records only as needed to handle your inquiry, document your choices, meet applicable obligations, and resolve disputes. We may retain a minimal opt-out record to prevent unwanted messages. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@beachintelligence.co.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our text messaging terms and consent instructions. Texting is currently being set up; use email for assistance until the service is available.

Page analytics

We count page views ourselves. Each visit records the page path, the referring URL if there is one, and whether the contact form was started or submitted. That is the whole record.

This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers, no third-party scripts, no fingerprinting, and no cross-site tracking. (The client billing portal is the one exception: signing in stores a session token in your browser, and its login uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots.) Marketing-page analytics do not use an account or persistent visitor identifier. The animation pause preference is saved locally in your browser. Client billing uses an authenticated account.

How long it is kept

• Contact form emails are kept in our mailbox as long as the business relationship or enquiry is live.
• Inquiry delivery records expire after 90 days and are removed asynchronously, typically within a few days.
• Spam-prevention IP counters expire after two hours and are removed asynchronously, typically within a few days.
• Server and analytics logs are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Who else can see it

Amazon Web Services hosts the site, stores inquiry and billing records, and sends transactional mail. Microsoft 365 handles our business email. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security-verification information on billing sign-in pages. Stripe processes client payments and billing-portal activity under its own privacy policy. Where enabled, Google Sheets receives accounting records. We do not use inquiry information to train AI models.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@beachintelligence.co and we will action it. If you would rather not use the form at all, email is fine and reaches the same place.

The analytics beacon is a single request to our own server. The site honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for analytics; content blockers can also stop the beacon, and the site works normally without it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, with HSTS and a Content-Security-Policy. The contact form posts to our own endpoint; nothing is sent to a third-party form service.
