Reno, Nevada

Local SEO for Reno businesses that only show up for their own name.

Thomas and Jakob Beach do this work from Reno, NV, as part of building a site properly, and Austin Whan keeps the project moving. Local search means being found by people nearby who want what you do: a page for each service and place, an accurate Google Business Profile, and a fast site. Nobody can promise you a position in Google's results, and we will not.

Who calls us

The search problems people call about.

Search the company name and the site is there. Search what the company does, in Reno, and it is nowhere. The site needs clear information about the services and the area covered.

The firm has three offices and one page that mentions all of them in a sentence. Someone in Sparks searching for the service finds a competitor with a page about Sparks.

The Google Business Profile was set up by someone who left. The hours are two years old, the phone number rings a desk nobody sits at, and nobody still there knows the login.

What you get

Six things that ship with the work.

A page for each service and each place

One page per real service and one per real place you serve, written so whoever lands on it learns what you do there and how to reach you. No pages for cities you do not work in.

A Google Business Profile that is verified and right

We set it up or claim it, and get it verified with Google. Hours, phone, address, categories, and service area are set from what you tell us, and the login is in your business's account.

A site that loads fast on a phone

Google measures how fast a page loads on a phone and counts it. Customers care more: a page that has not drawn in a few seconds gets closed, and the next result gets the call. Ours are static pages.

Structured data Google can read

Markup on every page that tells Google what the business is, what it does, and where; this page carries the same markup. It is what Google reads when it shows an address or a list of questions under a result.

A review link where your happy customers already are

A short link to your Google review form, placed where a satisfied customer already is: the invoice, the follow-up email, the text after the job. We write the instructions for answering reviews, including the bad ones.

A report you can read

A written report in plain words: what we added or changed, what the profile and Search Console show, and what we suggest next. No dashboard to log into.

How it works here

From the first call to the handover.

The first call

You tell us what you searched for and did not find. We look at the site, the Google profile, and what Google already shows for that service in Reno, then tell you whether local SEO is the fix or the site itself is the problem, and it is often both.

The written quote

One fixed price in writing that lists the pages, the profile work, and the reporting. If the scope grows, we quote the change first.

The build

The pages go up on a staging address, so you read them on your own phone before Google does. The profile gets verified. The structured data is tested with Google's tool and the load time measured on a phone before anything goes live.

The handover

The profile login, the Search Console access, and the pages are in accounts your business owns, with written instructions for updating hours and answering a review. You can manage those updates yourself or ask us to quote ongoing maintenance for the profile and pages.

A real example

A Nevada law firm, page by page.

Rose Law Nevada

The firm came to us for a website. We replaced the WordPress site with static pages and a private CMS. For local SEO, that meant a page for each practice area and each Nevada location, and Spanish-language pages for Spanish-speaking clients. Intake is connected, so a request from any page lands in a lead pipeline the firm manages. Its search figures are the firm's, so none are printed here.

Questions people ask

Before you call.

How long until we rank?

Months, depending on what you are competing with. A plumber competes with every plumber in Reno who has a page and a profile; a specialist competes with fewer. Google decides where new pages belong on its own schedule. We report what Search Console shows and will not guess a date.

Do you guarantee first page?

No. Google decides the order and nobody outside Google controls it. Anyone who guarantees a position is guaranteeing a search nobody types, which is not worth paying for. What we guarantee is the work in the quote: the pages, the profile, the markup, and the report.

Do we need to run ads as well?

Sometimes. Ads put you in the paid slots the day they start and drop you the day you stop paying; pages take longer and stay up after they are paid for. If the phone has to ring this month, ads are the way. Over a few years the pages are usually cheaper, and many run both.

What about reviews?

Reviews sit next to your name on the map, and customers read them first. We put a review link where a happy customer already is and write the instructions for answering them. We do not write reviews or pay for them; Google's rules forbid both.

What will you report, and how often?

Which pages were added or changed, what the Google Business Profile shows for calls and direction requests, what Search Console shows for searches that reached the site, and what we suggest next. Google produces the figures; we write them up in plain words. How often is written into the proposal, alongside the billing terms.
