FAQ
Working with our team.
Answers about who we are, what we do, pricing, support, and your accounts.
What is Beach Intelligence?
Beach Intelligence is the business name of BACON LLC, a company in Reno, Nevada. We provide business consulting, IT management, systems, and automation to small and medium-sized businesses that need a technology team or extra support for their existing staff. Thomas Beach and Jakob Beach lead the technical work, while Austin Whan and Collin Beach help with client relationships and coordination.
What services do you offer?
Business consulting, business automation, custom software such as client portals and internal tools, web design, local SEO, Microsoft 365, managed IT, and IT support. Each has its own page: business consulting, business automation, custom software, web design, local SEO, Microsoft 365, IT support in Reno, and managed IT in Sparks. The capabilities page sorts the same work by the problem you call about.
How much does it cost?
Each project gets one fixed price in writing before work starts, and work outside that scope is quoted before we do it. Ongoing support gets a custom quote based on the systems covered and the help your team needs, with billing and cancellation terms in writing. The pricing page has the details.
How do we reach you, and when?
Call or text (775) 993-0103, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific, or email hello@beachintelligence.co. You can also send a note through the contact page. A member of our team will follow up with you.
Do you take one-off projects, or is it ongoing only?
We take on migrations, website builds, and software projects with a defined scope, and quote ongoing support separately when you need it.
Does ongoing support require a long-term commitment?
Our standard managed services are month to month. Your proposal sets out the billing and cancellation terms before work begins.
Who replies, and how does support work?
Someone from our team will respond to your request personally. We agree on support coverage and response arrangements in each proposal. Existing clients should use the support contact in their agreement for urgent issues.
Do you only work with businesses in Reno?
We are based in Reno, Nevada. We provide on-site support around Reno and Sparks and work remotely with businesses across the U.S.
Who will work on our project?
Thomas and Jakob lead the technical work, while Austin and Collin help with client communication and coordination. You'll know who is responsible for your project.
What happens to our accounts and code if we stop working with you?
Your accounts, domains, data, and custom source code remain yours. We provide access and documentation as part of the project and help with the handoff when our work ends.
We already have someone doing our IT. Is that a problem?
We're happy to work alongside your existing IT team or provider. We agree on responsibilities together, whether you need project help or ongoing support.
Do you do both websites and IT, or do we need two vendors?
We handle websites and client portals, along with email, devices, cloud services, and the connections between them.
