We're Thomas Beach, Jakob Beach, Austin Whan, and Collin Beach. Based in Reno, our team does the work a business needs but has nobody in-house for: business consulting, IT management, systems, and automation.

Thomas is a practicing mechanical engineer (P.E.) and runs a photography business. His work at Beach Intelligence spans software, data analysis, and project delivery, backed by experience managing engineering projects across multiple disciplines.
IT Management · AI & Automation
Jakob leads the IT side of Beach Intelligence, with a focus on business automation and AI consulting. He started coding at 11 and built his first website in 2013, at age 13, to show which schedule his middle school was following that day.
Jakob previously managed IT at a large fiduciary services firm and owned and operated an online retail business. He holds a degree in Accounting and Information Systems.
Client Relationships · Operations
Austin handles client relationships and project coordination. He previously managed accounts at ITS Logistics and worked in operations and sales. He also works in Reno commercial real estate and holds a Management degree from UNR.

Sales
Collin works on sales at Beach Intelligence while studying business at the University of Nevada, Reno. He brings several years of operations experience and currently balances a management role with his studies.

Beach Intelligence is the business name of BACON LLC, a company based in Reno, Nevada. We provide business consulting, IT management, systems, and automation to small and medium-sized businesses that need a technology team or extra support for their existing staff. Support is on site around Reno and Sparks, and remote for businesses across the United States.

Projects are quoted at one fixed price. Ongoing support is quoted around the systems covered, with billing and cancellation terms in the agreement.
